Virtual Therapy for Women and Teens in Washington State
Welcome to Pixel Pathways Therapy, where every conversation is geared toward understanding and supporting you on your unique journey.
About
I specialize in therapy for women and teens who feel anxious, stressed, or stuck in patterns that make sleep, focus, or daily life harder than it needs to be. People often come to therapy knowing what they want to change but struggle to actually make it happen in daily life.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to support meaningful change with flexibility for the ups and downs that naturally come with growth.
Therapy that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, or sleepless nights take over. You might feel mentally drained from constant worry or notice your body carrying tension. Maybe you even struggle to relax in your down time. Youβre not alone and you donβt have to navigate it by yourself.
In our sessions, weβll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work together to create practical tools that help ease anxiety, restore restful sleep, and support your overall well-being.

Teen Therapy π
Therapy for teens can often look different than therapy for adults. Not because teens are less capable, but because they process, communicate, and engage in ways unique to this dynamic life stage.
I work with teens experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, ADHD-related concerns, and sleep difficulties. Sessions are structured, supportive, and responsive to each teenβs interests and strengths.
When helpful, I may incorporate creative tools such as games or interactive digital platforms to make sessions more engaging and to support healthy expression, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
